Let me start out by saying hello Fall! I have missed you dearly. All the cozy sweaters, festive activities, and pumpkin cookies are finally here. I absolutely love October. It is when you get to add some new items to your wardrobe, eat soup because it is cold, cozy up with your significant other (side note: I use being cold as an excuse to cuddle even more than normal), and enjoy all the fun things there are to do. Anyways, back to the important topic at hand.
Finding new items to add to your wardrobe can add up quick. I decided to venture out of my normal shopping spots and head to everyone's favorite place, Walmart... Typically, I hate going to Walmart, but when I stopped in to look at their clothing section I was pretty excited. I hit the jackpot on some cute basics for Fall this year. While I didn't get everything I liked, I definitely got a few things.
First, I got this adorable shirt that has this cold shoulder detail. It is super soft and came in lots of other colors. This shirt was around $10-$14 and had lots of colors. I bought this burgundy color in a large so it wasn't so fitted. I want to go back and get a couple other colors as well. This top can be styled in so many different ways. You can wear with jeans or a skirt and tuck, tie, or leave out. l could not find this top online, but all of the items mentioned in this post can be found in store.
I also scored this utility jacket which I am so obsessed with. You can dress this jacket up with accessories and booties or dress it down with leggings and white sneakers. There were a few other colors (which I may go back for). This jacket was only $22.96 and can be found here. I got a medium for reference and like the over-sized fit.
This coat was also one of my favorites and so dang affordable. I got this puffer jacket, which comes in lots of other colors for $22.96! I have already worn it once and it is pretty cozy. I love the detail on the jacket, because it gives a slimmer look. You can also remove the hood if you want. I got the silver color in a medium, but here are some other options.

Knee High Boots are all the rage right now. If you are looking for an inexpensive pair, these might be the ones for you. They are only $29.84 but look far more expensive. Here is the link if you want to see more.
I hope you enjoyed my first and definitely not last Walmart shopping trip. I remember being younger and thinking I was too good for Walmart. Now, I want to check once a week to see if they have gotten anything new in. I will say Walmart has far more online than they do in store, so check both out!
