This is one of the easiest things EVER to cook. If I cannot cook this right, we have major problems. If I can cook this, I know you can too. This Italian Chicken, Green Beans, and Potatoes recipe is a delicious one dish dinner that requires 5 ingredients and only 10 minutes of prep time.

My dad actually showed me this recipe. He knew I wanted to start cooking (more) and thought this would be a good start. It was too yummy not to continue making for dinner. Meals that don't require a lot of ingredients, time, or dishes are the absolute best kinds of meals. Enough of me going on and on about this recipe. Try it out for yourself, it will become a go-to when you don't want to cook (or don't know how like me).

    Ingredients

    2 cans of green beans

    3-4 medium red skin potatoes

3 large chicken breasts thawed (FYI: the chicken I got this time was HUGE)

    1 pkg. Italian dressing mix

1/2 cup butter aka 1 stick (I only used 1/2 a stick in an attempt to be healthy)

Salt and pepper (if you want)

*You will also need aluminum foil, vegetable oil, and a 9 x 13 pan*

    Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. (Forget this step a lot...)

Wash and cut the chicken breasts in half. (Why does chicken look SO gross?)

    ree

Cut the potatoes into small chunks. (Almost cut my finger, almost).

    ree

Spray the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan. (Important step I forget too often)

Open the green beans. (I like to drain the juice from the cans)

    ree

Place the cut chicken breasts in the middle, green beans and red skin potatoes on the sides.. (Yes the chicken can touch the food-I had this thought the first time I made it)

    ree

Sprinkle Italian dressing mix over the top. (I have finally aced the 'sprinkle')

    ree

    ree

Drizzle melted butter over it. (Man I hate that blow up sound it makes in the microwave)

    ree

Cover it with aluminum foil. (Yes the foil can go in the oven-also had this thought)

    ree

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Now I have to wait an hour to eat-I should have just gotten Mexican)

    ENJOY
